Take-Away Pizza Cart Menu
Metsäketu Pizzeria Take-Away food cart is anchored between November and April in Salo, in front of Giganti and Virtanenkauppa at Hämeentie 37. Although the point of sale is different from our farm restaurant, our philosophy is still the same. The ingredients for our pizzas come from producers as close as possible, we produce some ourselves and always choose organic as a priority. Welcome to pick up incredible taste experiences!
Pizzas
All dairy products we use are lactose-free. All pizzas can also be made dairy-free, and because of that, vegetarian pizzas can be made completely vegan. Pizzas can be made with gluten-free bases (*) for an additional €4. We make the gluten-free bases ourselves. It would be a good idea to let us know the need for gluten-free bases a day in advance, so we can prepare them in advance. The kitchen in the pizza cart is very small, and we do not have a separate space for making gluten-free pizzas (unlike in our farm restaurant), so contamination is very likely.
